August-September 2018: Aruna is a Cultural-Co-ordinator of the Janmashtami Festival 2018 at Iskcon Sydney which featured of two-day event of music and dance performances by various groups. Students of Silambam performed thematic performances at this festival.

The project to be facilitated by Aruna will include 'Creative Movement' dance workshops for women in Liverpool (Oct-Nov 2016, Feb-Mar 2017), leading up to a performance by the workshop participants in March 2017.
May 16-27, 2016: Contemporary dancer Talitha Maslin trains with Aruna in the basics of Bharatanatyam. Aruna and Talitha also explore a cross-cultural dance exchange at Information and Cultural Exchange (ICE) Parramatta.
